Our Story
We started out in the hustle and bustle of East London’s hospitality scene ourselves. As hospitality operators of our own restaurants and cafes, we’ve lived the reality of the ‘dead hours’ - that frustrating window where the lights are on, everyone is ready, but tables stay empty. We’ve seen first hand how empty tables in the opening and closing hours isn’t just lost revenue; its a missed atmosphere that helps draw in the rest of the night’s crowd.
TableTurn was born from a simple realisation: if a seat isn’t filled by 5pm then the value it could bring is gone forever. We decided to stop complaining about the quieter hours and start turning the tables. Our mission is to bridge the gap between London’s best restaurants and a community of diners who want to discover great food without the eye watering price tags, ensuring no kitchen fire goes to waste.
We aren’t a tech company trying to disrupt restaurants; we’re real hospitality operators building a platform to fill those early and late-night slots. We help restaurants protect their margins, support their staff, and build community by proving that a busy room is the best marketing a business can have. We’re here to make sure that when restaurants’ doors are open, all of the tables are turned.
